• Judy was a strong advocate for the prevention of domestic violence, and for the empowerment of women who are in dangerous situations. In lieu of flowers, her family suggests contributions in her memory to El Refugio, which operates a shelter for victims of domestic violence. El Refugio is located at 800 S.
